Fulfilment & Shipping

We aim to fulfil and dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow for an additional 24 hours during sales periods or the festive season. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.  

If an item ordered is out of stock, or going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you an exchange or cancel option should you not wish to exchange or wait.  

Please contact us about specific delivery requirements should you need something within a certain time frame.

2 shipping options are available currently with couriers as the Royal Mail continue to disrupt our normal tracked services with them.

Our fulfilment and shipping charges are now :

UK Standard Delivery: (3-5 working days) Royal Mail 48 Tracked : £4.75

- FREE delivery on all orders over £85.00

UK Next Day Delivery: (1-2 working days) courier fast track: £5.95

- FREE delivery on all orders over £100.00

Special Delivery to guarantee next day delivery can be arranged individually. : £14.75. Please contact with order number: info@go-emu.com

Worldwide

We’re happy to help with international shipping.  Please send a message with your order, providing an email and mobile number.  Someone will be in touch to get the details and make arrangements.

• International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges payable on delivery (Delivery Duty Unpaid). We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
• Go Emu is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs or tax regulations.

Duties & Taxes:

International customers outside of the UK will be responsible for any duties, taxes and other official charges payable upon importation to the destination country.  We operate on a ‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ basis.  We recommend that international customers contact their local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
