Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Your Happiness is our priority
Exchanges Made Simple
At Go Emu Ltd, we care deeply about the happiness of our customers. That's why we’re always happy to exchange items. To start an exchange, simply contact us with your name and order number, specify what you'd like to exchange and for which item.
Seamless Process
Items must be received by us before we can send out the alternative item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and the original product packaging undamaged. Simply contact us before sending it back to ensure a smooth process.
While we do not charge for exchanges, please note that the postage for returning items is not covered by us. We strongly recommend using a tracking service to ensure your item arrives safely.
Quick Turnaround
Your new item will be on its way within 3 days of us receiving the returned item(s). If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a credit or refund will be processed simultaneously. For items of greater value, we'll contact you for payment of the difference before dispatching the new item.
Reserve Your Item
Worried about your desired product selling out? No problem. We can hold it for up to 5 working days after you notify us, ensuring there's time to return your original purchase.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you decide to return a purchase within 14 days of delivery, you're entitled to a refund of the original product purchase price. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items?
If your item is faulty or doesn't match its description, get in touch with us first. We might be able to resolve the issue without needing a return.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us to notify your intention to return the item.
- Include your name, address, order number, and item description inside the parcel.
- Use a tracked postal service for safety. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll contact you within 3 working days regarding your refund status. Approved refunds are processed within another 3 working days via your original payment method. If you don't see the refund immediately, check with your bank as processing times may vary.
Please Note:
- If you used a discount voucher, we will refund the amount paid after discounts.
- Sale items may not be eligible for refunds if you've simply changed your mind. Contact us if unsure before purchasing.
